PEB Framing System
The making of a monument is a long process which is initially developed by main frames which are large structures that supports the main load carrying and support members of a pre-engineered building.
The support of the construction is made from cast iron alloy and copper steel with galvanized material for corrosion resistance.
Main frame members are the main load carrying members consisting of column end walls posts, rafters, and other main support members.
The primary metal elements of a Pre-engineering building framing system include purlin ,beams ,girts, and bracing, which all are made from structural steel, alloys, amalgam.
The secondary framing elements such as purlins and girts providing additional supports to the main frame and distributing loads from the building’s structure to the foundation.

These are few components of the pre- engineered building which are very important for the pre-construction for a strong build of a project.
The components are purlin, girts, eave strut, bracing, short blasting, rotating vents and more but they are separately constructed with different elements and anti-corrosion elements
Columns:
The element of pre-engineered building is a long beam with the stand of heavy cast iron and steel alloy which is the main load-bearing member that supports the roof and floors of the building.
Rafters: This element helps the load transfer from the columns to other structural members.
Purlins:
Horizontal secondary members that support the roof sheeting. They are of two types; “c” shaped and “z” shaped. These are attached with the main ridge board through welding at different lengths to make the pre-engineered structure for construction supports.
Girts: these are tall vertical beams that supports the purlins of the pre-engineered wall sheet.
Bracing: these are also utilized in lateral stability to the structure.
Eave Struts:
It is constructed from cold formed “c” section and is rolled to suit the roof slope. A structural member located at the side walls of a building which supports roof and walls paneling.
Mezzanines:
These are vast elongated beams running in cross network to be laid on the top of the building roof with respect to the climate and the type of building.

Applications of Mezzanines: the primary mezzanine beams usually run across the width of the building and the joists usually run lengthwise or we can say they run parallel to the roof purlins. these are used in factory, hospitals, warehouses, stadiums, fuel stations, bus stands, cold storages, auditoriums, community centers, site offices, animal shelters, multi-level car parking, shipyards, showrooms, workshops, schools, metro stations, aircraft hangers, etc.

Decking sheets:

When the floor decking is suitably fastened, the steel decking also acts as a working platform for different trades.

These are wide stretch panels modular in nature are pre-engineered constructed with different heights and strength. These are light weight which are easy to life and stand at any height. PUF panels are best for cold storages, clean rooms, CA chambers, etc.
